Administrative Financial Support (AFS)
Our mission is to provide administrative support to Minitex staff in the areas of human resources,
financial services, staff payroll, benefits, and sponsored projects, while providing excellent
customer service to affiliated libraries in regards to fiscal services as needed on a timely basis.

Terry came to Minitex from Morris, Minnesota in November 2004 where he had been the Business Manager
of the West Central Research & Outreach Center in Morris since May of 1986. Terry has a bachelor's
degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota—Morris. He enjoys officiating high school
and college basketball and baseball since 1977. Terry is starting his 25th year at the University of
Minnesota in the area of finance. He is the Minitex cluster director where he approves and manages
the financial aspects of Minitex.
