At the time your library subscribes an Emerald product, Emerald will send a customized license agreement
to your library.

How to Order or Renew
Subscriptions run for 12 months and can be started any time during the year.
Please complete the online order/renewal form. New subscribers will need to sign a license agreement which Emerald will provide.
To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form and fax it to our secure fax
line at 612-626-5380.

Statistics
Customers can download their COUNTER-compliant usage stats from the
Emerald website. Monthly stats are available for the previous month in the following month after the 5th or 6th day of the month.
Customers will need their administrator username and password to access the site and may contact the support
desk to request their username and password if they do not have one.
