Product Highlights
RefWorks allows you to create your
own personal online database of references.
References can be imported to your RefWorks file from your institution's online
databases or they can be added manually. The service allows you to search your
online databases for pertinent references. RefWorks formats the references in your
papers and bibliographies in seconds—with output styles including APA, MLA,
Turabian, and Chicago.

Statistics
An institution/organization may generate usage reports from the CSA website at any
time. In order to access these reports, you will need the username/password used to
login to the CSA service.
- Go to the CSA website
- In the upper left-hand corner, click on "Administrative Tools"
- In the "Quick Links" section, click on "Usage Reports"
- Enter your CSA Illumina username and password
- From here you can access either live or emailed reporting
