To reach us by phone, call 800-462-5348 or 612-624-4002. Your call will be answered by
Minitex Support Services staff who will forward you to us. We take turns answering calls
so just ask for the BATS Unit and whichever one of us is on "phone duty" will help you out.
Minitex hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. If you have an OCLC
emergency during an evening or weekend, you can call OCLC's Customer Service Department
directly at 800-848-5800.
