Your library may subscribe at any time.
Please print, review and sign the terms and conditions and return along with the
order/renewal form to MINITEX (except in the case of credit card payment).
To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form, order
form, and subscriber agreement, and fax documents to our secure fax line at 612-626-5380.
Statistics
Please note that usage statistics can only be accessed using the Internet Explorer Web
browser.
Your username and password are only for accessing your usage statistics. They
may not be given out for remote access purposes, and only the designated administrator
for the subscription should make use of them.
It is a good idea to contact CQ to change your password at least once a year so
as to preserve secured access to your subscription. To do so,
email webhelp@cq.com with the password change.
Access Your Usage Statistics
Usage statistics may be accessed by the designated system administrator at your
library (please designate a single contact as your CQ administrator).
To access your usage statistics:
- Go to the SecureCenter Web site

Enter in your user name and password and click the LOGIN button. A new screen will
appear giving you a choice of four reports: Log Report, Most Visited Pages Report,
Search Report and Document Report. If you need your user name and password, please
contact Customer Service via
customerservice@cqpress.com or
866-4CQPRESS (866-427-7737).

Click the kind of report you want. Log Reports are available for all CQ Electronic
Library products. The Most Visited Pages Report, the Search Report and the Document
Report are available only for the CQ Public Affairs Collection, the CQ Insider and
the CQ Supreme Court Collection.

After clicking on the report another screen will appear. Use the pull-down menus on
the left to set the starting and ending dates; then use the pull-down menu on the
right to select the CQ Electronic Library product for which you wish to generate a
report.
- Click the Submit button and your report will appear on the screen.
