RefWorks
RefWorks allows you to create your own personal online database of references.
References can be imported to your RefWorks file from your institution's online
databases or they can be added manually. The service allows you to search your
online databases for pertinent references. RefWorks formats the references in your
papers and bibliographies in seconds—with output styles including APA, MLA,
Turabian and Chicago.

License Agreements (Terms & Conditions)
New CSA customers must return a completed and signed CSA Registration Form. The
Registration Form provides important contact information and confirms that your
library has read and agrees to CSA's terms and conditions.
Once your library has a signed registration form on file with CSA, you will not need
to complete another registration form if you subscribe to additional CSA databases.
The CSA registration form is not the same as the MINITEX order form.
How to Order or Renew
Please review the terms and conditions, print and sign the order/renewal form and
CSA Registration Form (new CSA orders only) and fax them to 612-625-3569 (except in
the case of credit card payment).
To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form, order
form and license agreement (if required), and fax all documents to our secure fax
line at 612-626-5380.

Statistics
An institution/organization may generate usage reports from the CSA Web site at any
time. In order to access these reports, you will need the username/password used to
login to the CSA service.
- Go to the CSA Web site
- In the upper left-hand corner, click on "Administrative Tools"
- In the "Quick Links" section, click on "Usage Reports"
- Enter your CSA Illumina username and password
- From here you can access either live or emailed reporting
