The MINITEX eAudiobook Shared Collection
The 2007 Shared eAudiobook Collection consists of 300 downloadable titles from such notable
publishers as Random House, Books on Tape and Blackstone Audio. The collection contains some
of the most popular new titles in fiction, mystery, history, classics, sci-fi and movie tie-ins,
including recent bestsellers like The DaVinci Code, Devil Wears Prada,
Sideways and more. And many of the books are narrated by award-winning readers.

To complete the NetLibrary eAudiobooks License Agreement:

Open the Word Document and type your library specific information into the highlighted
fields (use the tab button to take you to the next highlighted field).
- Once the highlighted fields have been customized, print the entire document.
- Sign the document in the first page of the document in the "Subscriber" signature area.
- Fax all 7 pages of the signed agreement to Mike Morey at 614-718-7163.
How to Order or Renew
Final subscription decisions are due May 31, 2007. The annual subscription period
begins on July 1, 2007.
Please complete the license agreement; then complete the order form and fax it to
612-625-3569 (except in the case of credit card payment; see below for fax number).
To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form and order
form; fax all documents to our secure fax line at 612-626-5380.
