License Agreements (Terms & Conditions)
The Ovid license agreement includes several schedules. Complete only those forms
that apply to your order.
You need only fill out one license for accessing all SilverPlatter products.
How to Order or Renew
Please complete the order/renewal form and fax it along with the appropriate
license agreement to MINTEX.
To receive full credit on canceled subscriptions Minitex must be notified within
30 days of the renewal date. Yearly renewals are automatic unless Minitex is notified
to cancel the subscription. Orders must be placed through Minitex to receive any
discount.
To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form, order
form and license agreement (if required), and fax all documents to our secure fax
line at 612-626-5380.
Technical Support
Technical support from Ovid's North America office is available Monday–Friday,
8:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time).
Ovid offers 24-hour technical support using its worldwide network of offices. Calling
the toll-free technical support number after regular business hours routes your call
to a representative in an Ovid office that is currently open.
Statistics
Ovid Users
For usage data from January 2005 to present:

Ovid STATS is available to all Ovid Web Gateway customers through the Ovid
Administrative Menu.
For usage data from 2002 through December 31, 2004:
- Ovid Online Statistics Web site.
- Enter your Ovid Administration UserID and your Ovid Administration Password.
- Click "Submit".

Select the group. Your statistics for all your groups may be stored in one file
or in multiple files.
- Click on "Generate Report". The default report format is "Database Usage by Database".
SilverPlatter Users
Login to WebSTATS with the username and password used for searching SilverPlatter databases.
