You can also create a customized list of the journals in Project MUSE by Collection including data such as URL, electronic and print ISSN, date coverage, and publisher information.
Pricing levels for U.S. academic libraries are divided into five "tiers" based on type
of institution as defined by the Carnegie Classification and four "quartiles" based on
usage. Usage is defined by the number of full-text downloads per institution during a
calendar year, and quartiles are determined by comparing usage levels among institutions
in the same tier. The usage quartiles will be recalculated annually.
Project Muse will send all customers and/or consortia partners a letter annually
indicating the current usage to be used in determining renewal prices. All new
customers are considered to be in "Quartile 1" until an entire calendar year's worth
of usage statistics is available.
