Minitex Delivery Web Meetings
Our Delivery Unit is now holding Web-based meetings with library staff around the region. The meeting
agendas include delivery issues, schedules, tubs, and routes. This has been a great opportunity for us
to communicate with our participants, using the software we already use for training, without spending
time and money on travel. So far, the participants from libraries in the region have indicated that
they think it is time well spent too. Over the summer, we will be looking at ways to expand these Web
meetings to include Minitex Document Delivery staff.
