East Central Regional Library is a consolidated regional public library operated jointly by six counties: Aitkin, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine. The library serves about 160,000 residents through thirteen branches and a bookmobile.
The branches are located in Aitkin, Cambridge (Headquarters), Hinckley, Lindstrom, MacGregor, Milaca, Mille Lacs Lake (in Isle), Mora, North Branch, Pine City, Princeton, Rush City and Sandstone. ECRL is a member of the Central Minnesota Libraries Exchange.
