MnLINK/VDX Routing Slip Instructions

To use the MINITEX Overnight Delivery System to route MnLINK/VDX materials:

Find the library that you are routing the material to on the MnLINK/VDX Participating Libraries list.
Write in the correct three letter Node for that library on the new MnLINK/VDX routing slip.
Write the three letter code for the requesting library on the "Send To" line and place the slip in the item that is being sent out.
Put the item into the MINITEX Overnight Delivery System tub.
Use the same form to return the item. Flip the form to reveal the "Return To:" line and write the lending library code.

When the tub arrives into the MINITEX office, we will sort these materials into the correct tubs for delivery the next day.

We appreciate your cooperation in using the correct routing slips so that we can track the numbers appropriately.

If you do not find the library you are sending the material to, on the MINITEX Overnight Delivery System—Courier List, you will need to mail it directly to the library.
