Beth Chekola of Minitex Document Delivery makes photocopies to fill a request.
Our interlibrary loan request processing unit is called Document Delivery. We retrieve needed
materials from the libraries at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus, or refer the
requests to other libraries in the Minitex network.
Whenever possible, articles are electronically transmitted directly to the patron's desktop
or library. Most other materials are delivered via the overnight delivery system.
