You will receive two email messages. One is intended for the end user, and includes a PIN and instructions for retrieving the document. The second message is intended for your library. It lets you know that the request has been delivered via MEDD, so you can update your records if necessary. Most MNSCU PALS libraries do not receive the second message.
The MEDD software updates the request as copy shipped by MINITEX, and copy received by your library. We will call you after the test has been sent.
