Keynote speaker Maureen Sullivan, an organizational consultant and librarian, juxtaposed discussion of the dynamics of change and strategies for change with questions about the future of interlibrary loan during her presentation to the 11th Annual Minitex Interlibrary Loan Conference.
Library staff from throughout the Minitex region also heard updates about MnLINK, ODIN and SDLN as well as a Minitex update by Bill DeJohn.
