"Making Sense of It All: Resource Sharing Today and Tomorrow"

The content and advantages of resource sharing standards and the continued need for the human touch were discussed during the 12th Annual Minitex Interlibrary Loan Conference.

Keynote speaker, Julie Blume Nye, Senior Product Designer for Fretwell-Downing, Inc., discussed the alphabet soup and applicability of resource sharing standards, while Florence Mason, library consultant, talked about the challenges facing current interlibrary loan staff and the current and future need for staff involvement in the ILL process.
