Libraries serve as vital spaces in their communities with library staff as key connectors. This connector role taps many skills and approaches, including facilitation, both as skills set and mindset.  In this effort, Extension will engage with the Minitex staff to identify and build facilitative skills and approaches to strengthen staff capacity for internal team work as well as external stakeholder and community needs and opportunities.
