The October 29 ruling by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals requires updated guidance for Minnesotans who wish to vote in this year's election. Absentee ballots should be returned as soon as possible, but MUST NOT BE MAILED. Options remain, however, for securely submitting an absentee ballot or voting in person.
