Opposing Viewpoints in Context: consisting of Lucent/Greenhaven Press social issues series, periodicals and proprietary Gale reference titles, this cross-curriculur resource is a dynamic online library of current event topics—the facts, as well as the arguments, of each topic's proponents and detractors. 

Gale In Context: Science: an engaging, curriculum-oriented science database that provides a one-stop resource for all science-related research needs. This daily-updated resource includes 200+ science experiments, 300+ interactive simulations, and other multimedia content.

Testing &  Education Resource Center: this database includes information on private high schools, undergraduate and graduate programs, and executive education programs, searchable by location, major, tuition, and more. Scholarships, distance learning, and corporate training information are included as well. It features interactive online practice tests for preparatory examinations including entrance exams and certification and licensing tests, including:

LitFinder: provides access to a wealth of literary works and secondary-source materias covering world literature and authors throughout history. This database includes more than 132,000 full-text poems as well short stories, speeches, and plays. Biographies, work summaries, photographs, and a glossary are also included.
