Minnesota Learning Commons releases annual report

The Minnesota Learning Commons supports public educators teaching in online, blended, and digital learning environments. The Minnesota Learning Commons (MnLC) is a partnership between the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), Minnesota State, and the University of Minnesota created through a joint powers agreement.
