Having a timeline is like having a map that takes you from point A to point B. Timelines help you see where you are going and when you will get there. A project timeline is a critical tool for any project manager. In this session we will discuss how to create a timeline, identifying milestones, when adjustments need to happen, and some online tools helpful for timeline creation.

Each project management open office hour will provide a short overview of a specific concept, method, skill, or technique that can be applied to a variety of projects, followed by time for an interactive discussion of current work. These open office hours are designed to be a space for learning opportunities, community discussion, and sharing of ideas and practices in how to manage any library project.
You can join at any time during the hour, but registration is required.

Minitex Conversations are an opportunity to meet with Minitex staff on an informal basis to ask questions, learn more about a particular topic, and connect with others.
