The Minitex Contract Cataloging Program (MCCP) helps libraries eliminate cataloging backlogs, manage reclassification or record upgrade projects, apply expertise to specialized language and format cataloging, and pitch in with ongoing cataloging work.
MCCP provides catalog records meeting the standards of Resource Description and Access (RDA), including the assignment of access points for names, titles, and series. Standard Classification and Subject Analysis are included in records creation along with OCLC holdings updates.
Items can be sent through existing Minitex delivery routes for added convenience.
