This acquisition will bring together our companies’ complementary capabilities and skills, which include expertise in print and digital resources, the development of pioneering discovery and library management solutions, and deep content relationships that have created leading metadata repositories. Combining Ex Libris’ full suite of solutions and deep expertise with ProQuest’s breadth of content and innovative software solutions will help us fulfill our commitment to empowering researchers and transforming research around the world.

Ex Libris, like ProQuest, has a consistent track record of successfully bringing new and innovative solutions to libraries around the world. The combination of ProQuest and Ex Libris will enhance our existing software solutions and integrate with our customers’ and partners’ workflows more deeply than ever before.
