The keynote, "What's Next for Libraries" was delivered by Lee Rainie, Director of Internet, Science and Technology at Pew Research Center.
Rainie's presentation was well received, as were presentations by our other plenary speakers, Minitex Director, Valerie Horton and Executive Director OCLC Delivery Services, Katie Birch. The participants had a choice from three breakout sessions in the afternoon, and the evaluations indicated they were useful.
