In November, the MEDD service will be changing to Article Exchange links - emailed directly to patrons.
MEDD, short for Minitex Electronic Document Delivery, will be replaced by Article Exchange links emailed to users, starting in November. We've placed notices on the MEDD website and within MEDD emails sent to your patrons. The MEDD website will continue to be accessible until December, allowing patrons to retrieve documents they've requested before the change. Article Exchange retains documents for either 30 days, or 5 viewings, and has a 140MB file size limit. Documents that exceed this size will either be segmented or provided through alternative methods in compliance with copyright laws.
For our libraries that are using other electronic delivery methods with us, there are no service changes.
