ELM Tips & Tricks: Gale's Topic Finder
The two Gale databases available in ELM, Gale in Context: Middle School and Gale in Context: High School, offer a search tool called Topic Finder. "This tool takes the titles, subjects, and approximately the first 100 words from a subset of your top results and feeds them into an algorithm. Keywords shown in the graphics are those found most often in the text with your search term." The results in the above image represent those terms found most often in the results for "space race."

A new look is coming to Britannica School later this month. As one of the eLibrary Minnesota resources for K-12 research, Britannica is committed to preserving thousands of curated and curriculum-relevant articles, images, audio and video clips to meet every student at every reading level so that students can engage virtually and in-person.

We've added another ELM Expo Mini
A second ELM Expo Mini is being offered on Monday, September 21st. If you're unable to attend the ELM Expo Mini on the morning of 17th, we've added another, on the afternoon of the 21st.
